Eric Lynes, former owner of Biltmore Hats embarked on a new venture after seeing the opportunity to supply hats and uniform items to law enforcement and the military in the U.S.. Prowess is now expanding into dress hats as well.

Challenge

Strange ideas stepped into the role of brand creator shortly after they had established their name and tried to generate a logo from an "overseas" supplier. 

Solution

Taking into account our long established relationship with the owners, their African American roots, and their target market of law enforcement, military and government, a clear vision of where and how to position Prowess was obvious. A brand symbolizing strength, stealth and power requires the image of a panther. Now the brand has extended back into the dress hat market where cutting edge style, design and innovation live on the streets as Next Era Hats. www.prowessuniform.com
